  3. Divisive. Y'all are raht on. Well, those colored folks. You know what we always say - They are 'incompetent, inexperienced and divisive' Nope, give me a veteran whose father pulled strings to avoid a court martial for crashing a plane and to get him a cushy Congressional-relations job. Does the name McCain ring a bell?

  4. @ Anonymous numbskull:
Obama would suck under under any ethnic banner. It's his policies that suck. Geez, what are you ten years old? Who around here gives a flying f*** about RINO McCain? Does common sense ring a bell? I didn't think so. Finish cleaning your room so your mommy will let you go out and play with Michael Moore.

  5. @ Anonymous "veteran whose father pulled strings to avoid a court martial for crashing a plane and to get him a cushy Congressional-relations job." Was that before or after he was a POW?

  6. @ Will and housemom1952. Well said.

@ Anonymous- I have my own problems with Sen. McCain, but it's policy, not unproven cheap smears.

Your chosen community organizer couldn't lead the way out of a brightly lit room.

@anonymous - While on the subject of fathers pulling strings, why don't you mention the one about the father that had his son -( who was serving in the Navy in during WWII ) transferred to a desk job in South Carolina to avoid being discharged from the Navy and possibly criminally charged with sleeping with a Nazi agent ( Inga Arvad ) while he was an ensign working in the US Navy's Office of Naval Intelligence. The Ensigns name ? John F. Kennedy

  8. First, as always, you nailed the problem perfectly, Diogenes (but you never cease to amaze me!)
@ Mr. Anonymous troll - Your "true colors" are showing, as do all liberal progressive non-thinking idiots - idiots who fell for all that nonsense by your only "hope", the Apologist-in-Chief. Wish he would apologize to Americans and resign. The worse issue liberals have is facing the truth.

  9. "Non-thinking"? Hmmmm, let's see -- How many times did you resort to name calling? 'troll' - Not related to issues; 'non-thinking idiots' - That is taking the term 'critical thinking' in the wrong way.... ;)

'Clean my room' Name-calling is not related to issues, except in some sort of Orwellian 'Right-Think' way, like Animal Farm "Republicans good, Democrats bad" -- Ideas are ideas and should be discussed as such, absent emotion. Because politicians (and radio "personalities", like R Limbaugh) use emotional responses to sell themselves and/or their ideas, they tend to get mixed into discussions.

FYI, my friends - I am _not_ voting for Obama this election. I am not in the thrall of the Democrat or Republican spin-meisters, OR radio talk show 'personalities'. I am not because he bailed out the banks and left everyone else in the lurch; because he changed health care by paying off Big Pharma (the only industry that moans about 18% profits); because he cares more about re-election than public service (his recent 'crack-down' on medicinal marijuana in California - Where he has the electoral votes sewn up); because he excused torture when a japanese soldier was convicted of war crimes for water-boarding (And look how it made McCain work with the Japanese in WW II). So, my opinions are reasoned. You can disagree with my reasoning. But you could do so reasonably without name-calling. Sheesh - Do these sites attract only comments that are personal attacks without real substance?

This is the tragedy of our government, and a symptom ... 'This is the way the American Empire ends, not with a bang, but a whimper'

    Peace, out.
