Obama Wants to Vet Child Immigrants INSIDE Honduras
Gives new meaning to the phrase "Don't worry about the mule, just load the wagon"

"Hoping to stem the recent surge of migrants at the Southwest border, the Obama administration is considering whether to allow hundreds of minors and young adults from Honduras into the United States without making the dangerous trek through Mexico, according to a draft of the proposal.
If approved, the plan would direct the government to screen thousands of children and youths in Honduras to see if they can enter the United States as refugees or on emergency humanitarian grounds. It would be the first American refugee effort in a nation reachable by land to the United States, the White House said, putting the violence in Honduras on the level of humanitarian emergencies in Haiti and Vietnam, where such programs have been conducted in the past amid war and major crises.
Critics of the plan were quick to pounce, saying it appeared to redefine the legal definition of a refugee and would only increase the flow of migration to the United States...."KEEP READING

Barack Obama told a group of Democratic 1%s that they’re “chronicling the slow deterioration of Barack Obama” at a Wednesday event in California.
The luncheon, sponsored by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, was hosted by real estate mogul George Marcus at his home in California’s Los Altos Hills. Tickets started at $10,000, with a VIP option available for just $32,400 — the maximum amount an individual can contribute to the DCCC in one year.

I find it much easier to get people to work with you when you're not calling them names and blaming them for you own short falls and incompetence. Barack Obama and his party have raised buffoonery to an art form. Every thing they touch turns to mold. Health care insurance, the economy, immigration, the IRS, foreign policy, etc.
It could not be because he is headlining the most inept corrupt administration to ever cross the Potomac. Nope, he's a victim.

Why the Left is Wrong on Immigration.......Again.
At the creation of Lyndon Johnson's Great Society, the 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act ( also known as the Hart–Celler Act,) was passed and enacted June 30, 1968, with the proponent Sen. Ted Kennedy at the fore front. The immigration act intentionally changed the ethnicity of immigrants to favor those from the Third World, and freeze out people from countries that had traditionally sent us our immigrants. Since the late 1970s, more than 90 percent of the immigrants to America have been from the Third World.
This has led to wider income inequality, a higher crime rate, more unemployment, an internal threat of terrorism and on and on and on.
By the 1990s, America's population growth was more than one-third driven by legal immigration and substantially augmented by illegal immigration, primarily from Latin America and other parts of the developing world. Before passage of the Hart-Celler Act, immigration accounted for only ten percent of population increase in the U.S. Ethnic and racial minorities, as defined by the US Census Bureau, rose from 25 percent of the US population during the year 1990 to 30 percent in the year 2000 and to 36.6 percent as measured by the results from the 2010 census.
The legal immigration into the US for traditional immigrant from the northern hemisphere has become a nightmare of thousands of dollars in fees, long waiting periods and tests to become a citizen.
And now the left calls for Amnesty for millions of illegals, in collusion with the Obama administration and supported by radical groups like La Raza. (The Race)
The Oath of Citizenship, given to new Americans rings hollow and meaningless to groups like La Raza and the new low-info left:

President Johnson called the bill "not a revolutionary bill. It does not affect the lives of millions",while Secretary of State Dean Rusk estimated only a few thousand Indian immigrants over the next five years, and other politicians, including Senator Ted Kennedy, hastened to reassure the populace that the demographic mix would not be affected; these assertions would later prove grossly inaccurate.
During debate on the Senate floor, Senator Kennedy, speaking of the effects of the act, said, "...our cities will not be flooded with a million immigrants annually.... Secondly, the ethnic mix of this country will not be upset...."The act's supporters not only claimed the law would not change America's ethnic makeup, but that such a change was not desirable." Enough of This Talk of Bad Optics
If I hear another pundit talk about the bad optics hurting President Obama while Israel kills terrorists and people are murdered by Russian-trained military terrorists or while south-of-the-border cartels ignore the Tex-Mex border, I’ll scream.
This isn’t about the optics of going on one fundraising junket after another. This isn’t about whether Barack Obama can stay in touch with his national security team.
Obama is justifiably getting hammered because he appears to be indifferent to solving the nation’s biggest crises. When Jennifer Palmieri says that President Obama didn’t want to change his schedule because he didn’t want to give “the American people…a false sense of crisis”, she’s reading from the President's delusional script. I’m not worried about false crises. I’m interested in the real crises that Barack Obama is ignoring.
This wouldn’t be a topic of conversation if Americans got the sense that we had a president that (a) took his job seriously or (b) knew how to handle these foreign policy crises. Clearly, he’s in over his head. Clearly, he thinks that the world is better off without the United State throwing its weight around. It’s one thing for the White House press secretary talks about the tranquil world we’re living in. It’s another when our Secretary of State parrots that notion.
Meanwhile, Commander Zero meanders from hamburger shop to burger joint, from coffee shop to coffee shop while chatting with “ordinary folks.” What’s needed is a leader who understands that the world needs the United State to bring moral clarity to these crises. The world is a terrible, frightening neighborhood when appeasers like Barack Obama pull the United States from the world stage.
